Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Run Inspection LLC ("Run Inspection", "we", "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Run Inspection app or the website at https://runinspection.com (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy at https://runinspection.com/privacy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

Run Inspection is a professional inspection app for iPhone, iPad, and Mac. It lets you complete structured, field-based inspections on-site, capture photos and signatures, generate branded PDF reports, organize reports into folders, and manage client records. Your data is saved on your device first and synced to our cloud backup. Features, templates, and availability may change over time as we improve the Service.

The app is designed to work offline; cloud sync and backup run whenever you have a connection, on both the Free and Pro plans.

To use the Service you create an account using email/password, Sign in with Apple, or Sign in with Google. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may use the Service on a limited number of devices associated with your account.

Run Inspection offers a Free plan and a paid Pro subscription. Cloud sync and backup are included on both plans.

• Free plan — up to 3 active inspections, 3 custom templates, and 5 clients. Deleting an item frees a slot.
• Pro — $19.99 for the first month (introductory price), then $22.99 per month. There is no free trial. Pro removes the Free-plan limits and unlocks premium features such as watermark-free and premium PDF report templates.
• Auto-renewal — Pro is an auto-renewing subscription. It renews at $22.99/month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your Apple ID is charged at confirmation of purchase and at each renewal.
• Managing and canceling — you manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID / App Store account settings. Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.
• Refunds — purchases are processed by Apple and refunds are handled according to Apple's policies. We are not able to process refunds directly.
• Price changes — we may change subscription pricing in the future. Any change will apply only to future billing periods, and where required by law we will give you advance notice and the opportunity to cancel.
• Prices are in US dollars unless your App Store region specifies otherwise; local taxes may apply. Your purchase is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) at https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

You agree not to:

• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• upload content you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, infringing, or harmful;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app, except where permitted by law;
• interfere with, overload, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to it; or
• resell, sublicense, or misrepresent the Service.

You retain all ownership of the inspections, photos, signatures, client records, and reports you create ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, transmit, and display Your Content solely to operate, secure, back up, and improve the Service for you. You are responsible for Your Content and for having the rights and any necessary consents (for example, from clients or third parties depicted in photos or signatures) to use it in the Service.

The Run Inspection app, website, brand, logos, default templates, and all related software and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for its intended purpose. They do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or software except as needed to use the Service.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Run Inspection is a tool to help you document inspections and produce reports; it does not replace professional judgment, certification, or any legal or regulatory requirement in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of your inspections and reports. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will never be lost, and you are responsible for maintaining your own copies of critical reports.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Run Inspection and its suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) one hundred US dollars (US$100). Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, or where necessary for legal, security, or operational reasons. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; the sections that by their nature should survive (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law) will continue to apply. Deleting your account is subject to the data-retention terms in our Privacy Policy at https://runinspection.com/privacy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. The courts located in Wyoming, United States will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your place of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits any non-waivable statutory rights you have as a consumer.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and revise the effective date above. For material changes we will provide additional notice where appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.
